Feast!

It was a quiet place amidst the fields in a village. It looks worn out from a far but once you go inside its really beautiful. The patio is covered with greenery that welcomes the birds. Around it are the rooms, some simple, others a bit more luxurious. The room that we stayed in was simple but neat, the food was nice, you could request the chef to make something special for you and he would oblige. The dal-bati was reallllyyy good. Very hospitable and humble staff.  We had a really nice and a relaxing holiday.    - Abshep

If you love to be left in peace to enjoy a truly unique and magical place then head to Kesroli. Our room was simple yet stunning and individual, the food was great, the staff were so friendly...and little touches made the stay perfect (eg hot water bottles when you retire to your room, home-made jams in the morning). The surrounding area is beautiful, the little village of Kesroli a real treat to see. We even had a local family in to sing some folk songs one night round a bonfire (sounds cheesy but wasn't, was just lovely).  - Footprints

It's a nice place to spend the weekend away from delhi, quiet, isolated, good service, they cater to your every need, nice spacious rooms, offers a good variety of cuisines..Definitely a place to go back to.   - Anubhav Ahuja

The various Neemrana properties, located all over India, offer fresh products available in that region.  Our local cuisines with a different palate experience are for gourmets who travel with their taste buds – and also enjoy eating with their eyes!

At the Hill-Fort Kesroli, broadly, we serve a North-Indian cuisine with a few Continental or Oriental dishes at random to suit a range of tastes and palates. South Indian, French, Italian, Chinese and Thai dishes are also often added to enrich the range of buffet spreads.

The meats are mainly procured from the French Farm managed by a Frenchman to high standards. We prefer not to deep freeze our foods for long durations or for non-seasonal offering.

Should you desire to taste a special dish or have a particular preference, you can certainly make a request at the previous meal, and the chefs will try and please you.
